By commissioning me you agree that you've read my condidiots and agree with them.

You are not and will never be permitted to use my work for NFT or cryptocurrency usage.

You can not feed ai with my art nor use ai in any way associated with it.

The artwork you receive is for personal use only. You can't resell it in any way (shirts, mugs, adoptables, art, freebies, raffles etc.) unless discussed otherwise.

If you post commissioned artwork on any social media you should credit me.

You are not authorized to change, modify or edit my work without my permission.

You are not authorized to trace my artwork, including using it as a "base".

You can not remove any watermark or signature put on my artwork by me.

If you commission me before any TOS edits you agree to the new version.

I have all rights to blacklist you for: breaking my TOS, harrassing me or my friends or family in dms or in public, rushing my work or any other personal causes.

I reserve the right to post your artwork in my gallery or social media unless discussed otherwise beforehand. I don't have to ask for permission.

I reserve the right to decline an order or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to give you a full refund and stop working on your commission for any reason.

I WILL NOT do art that contains: anything triggering, offensive or bigoted (EX: incest, bestiality, pedophilia, homophobia, neo-nazism, facism etc.), NSFW, SA, heavy or realistic gore.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

More detailed designs might rise the price of your piece.

You must pay before I start the sketching process.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only.

If the payment won't be completed in 48 hours of me sending an Invoice I will cancell the commission. In case of any issues with payment please contact me, but tons of delays will result in blacklisting you.

I will usually respond to your DM or Email on weekends or holidays.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission, but I can decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

I'm going to take my time with the commissions. I will usually take up to 2 weeks to start working on your order and take up to 2 weeks to finish it. It means you will receive your artwork in around 4 weeks (1 month).

If due dates are discussed, it is also the Your responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

I will send you two WIPs: the sketch and the lineart. The sketch might change as much as you want but major lineart changes are limited.

After sending you WIP of an artwork I hope for a feedback from you. If I dont receive any in 4 days I will continue on working.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless I receive atleast 80% of the payment.
